Returns & Exchanges

 

Please allow for 5-7 business days before your order ships out from The Lomas Brand. If you have any questions, including sizing inquiries, please feel free to email us at questions@thelomasbrand.com and we will get back to you in a timely manner. Please note that all international sales are final.

 

In-store & Local Pick Up

Purchases can be returned within 14 days for store credit or an exchange. All clearance items are final. Items must be in its original condition. 

Online Purchases 

Refund Returns- (Accepted within first 14 days)

You must notify us via email at questions@thelomasbrand.com of your desire to return a purchased item prior to shipping your return to our headquarters. We will then email you a return shipping label. No return for a refund will be accepted after 14 days have expired from the original shipment reaching its postmarked destination.

Our return for refund policy lasts 14 days past the date your original package arrived at its destination from our headquarters in Solana Beach, CA.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in.

Once your return is received and your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5-7 business days less a 10% restocking fee and the freight cost for returning the item. 

Exchanges- (Accepted within 14 Days ) 

You must notify us via email at questions@thelomasbrand.com of your desire to exchange a purchased item prior to shipping your return to our headquarters. We will then email you a return shipping label for you to send us back your return at no cost to the consumer. No exchange will be accepted if received after 14 days past original shipment delivery date. We only exchange items that are unused and in the same condition that you received it in.  Same policy applies as returns as stated above. 

Shipping- 

If your exchange is accepted, we will email you a shipping label at no cost to send us back the unwanted item.  Once we receive that item, we will notify you via email that we have received the item.  Once inspected and exchange has been rewarded, we will mail your exchanged item back to you at no cost to you (the consumer).
