Please note that all international sales are final.

Refund Returns- (Accepted within first 15 days)

You must notify us via email at questions@thelomasbrand.com of your desire to return a purchased item prior to shipping your return to our headquarters. We will then email you a return shipping label No return will be accepted after 15 days have expired from original shipment date.

Our return policy lasts 15 days past the date your original packaged shipped from our headquarters in Solana Beach, CA.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Once your return is received and inspected and your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 3-5 business days less a $5 restocking fee and the freight cost for returning the item. 

Exchanges

You must notify us via email at questions@thelomasbrand.com of your desire to exchange a purchased item prior to shipping your return to our headquarters. We will then email you a return shipping label to send us back your return at no cost to consumer. No exchange will be accepted if this policy is not followed. We only exchange items that are unused and in the same condition that you received it in.  Same policy applies as returns as stated above. 

Shipping- 

If your exchange is accepted, we will email you a shipping label at no cost to send us back the unwanted item.  Once we receive that item, we will notify you via email that we have received the item.  Once inspected and exchange has been rewarded, we will mail your exchanged item at no cost to you (consumer).
